Cloquet School Census We are counting every child ages 0-5 in the cloquet school district Families on the census receive valuable information regarding early childhood screening, district services and kindergarten round up. It is important for us to maintain accurate and up-to-date census information to better serve the residents of Cloquet's community. Please complete this census information form for all children ages Birth-5 living in your home.
