Cloquet Community Education

Registration opens May 1, 2024 for all classes. Cloquet Community Education offers Drivers Education to Cloquet (including CAAEP) and Fond du Lac students only. We do verify enrollment. If you are open enrolled in our district, you must call the Community Education office to enroll in the class at 879-1261. Program consists of 30 hours of classroom instruction and six hours of behind the wheel instruction. Class attendance is mandatory (if the student does not complete a full 30 hours of classroom they will not be able to take the permit test). Upon successfully completing the classroom instruction, students will be assigned a Behind the Wheel instructor and be issued their blue card in order to take the permit test. If you choose to make payments on the class fee, the second payment will be due October 1 for the September class, February 1 for the January class, and May 1 for the April class.
