Discover the perfect blend of movement and mindfulness in this one-hour yoga class designed to strengthen the connection between your mind and body. Open to all levels, this class offers a supportive environment where you’ll build strength, improve balance, and enhance flexibility through a variety of yoga poses. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, each session is thoughtfully crafted to challenge and inspire you on your wellness journey. Students must bring their own mat. Other props such as blocks/blankets/etc are optional.

Anne Saari

Anne is a 250-hour Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) passionate about fostering connection, growth, and mindfulness through yoga. With experience leading community-based classes, Anne tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her students. She skillfully balances challenge and accessibility, creating a welcoming environment where individuals of all levels can explore their practice with confidence and ease. Dedicated to inclusivity and personal empowerment, Anne encourages her students to honor their bodies and discover the joy of movement in their own way.
