In this class we'll explore the journey from simply talking about values to truly living them out in our daily actions. Many businesses and organizations proudly display their values, but often they remain as mere words on paper, disconnected from actual behavior. Many individuals, couples or families never even consider what their values are, or do not take the time and energy to get them down on paper. We'll dive into practical strategies and real-life examples of how to "walk our talk," ensuring that values are not just words, but actions that are a part of our everyday life.
Paula Williams is a Certified Integral Coach® trained by New Venture’s West in 2005. For the past 20 years, Paula has created a space of deep listening for people to truly feel seen and heard. She asks powerful questions to draw out who people are at their core and what may be getting in the way of the possibilities inherent in each of us. Then, with compassionate accountability she helps people develop a plan of action for how these possibilities can best be expressed in the world and the support needed to do that.
