“This session is geared towards people later in life. We will focus on body control and mental aspects of martial arts. Falls, secondary to loss of balance, are a danger we contend with later in life. TKD instruction strives to improve your balance, flexibility, and strength. Tae Kwon Do is the art of kicking and punching. The five major tenants of Tae Kwon Do serve as the cornerstone of our way of life, both in and out of the gym.
