Park Rental Fees

  • Cloquet’s Beautiful Parks. . . a perfect setting for your event.

    Your Family, Group or Company Picnic, Class Reunion or Summer Party will be a great success when you reserve one of Cloquet’s exceptional park facilities. 

    Whether the size of your group is 10 or 100, we have the perfect site.
    Parks are open from 6 am to 10 pm each day.  Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in any of the city park areas. ATV’s dirt bikes, snowmobiles, etc. are not allowed and violators will be ticketed. 
    Non-Resident (Private): $50

    *Braun Park has a city agreement covering tournaments.

    Park fees include available power, use of facilities on site, and garbage collection.  

    *Major Use includes up to two additional portable toilets, one additional dumpster, barricades and street use with approval from the city.  Additional toilets or dumpsters may increase your rental charge. City police will be notified of the event but will not provide security.

    Pine Valley Park - Located behind Northwoods Credit Union Arena on Olympic Drive

    Heated chalet with restrooms (available May 1 - Oct 31)

    2.5 non-lighted  XC ski trail
    20 and 40 meter ski jumps

    You may also rent The Beach swimming area for $165/hour + lifeguard and supervisor fees
    before or after the Beach is open to the public.

    Sunnyside Park - Located next to Churchill Elementary at Granite and Jefferson St.

    In the Veteran's Park picnic shelter, outlets are up near the rafters, bring an extension cord to plug in a crockpot or other small appliance.

      To rent one of Cloquet's beautiful parks please fill out the park request form.

    Please check the facilities calendar to verify that the park you wish to rent is available.

    • When the request has been approved the contact named under "Person Responsible" will be assigned/notified of his/her permanent pin number.
    • When the Facilities Contract is sent, the "Person Responsible" will be asked to respond using the pin number. The response constitutes an electronic signature and indicates approval of the contract.
