Our BeachPinehurst Park is a great place to go for a swim with filtered, chlorinated water and a sand-bottom. Located in Cloquet, Minnesota. Just off Hwy 33 - at the intersection of 33 and Carlton Avenue.
Power Lunch Program
Flexibility, strength, coordination, determination and discipline for all body types and genders! The classes are focused on highlighting every students abilities and strengths through careful planning to lead to confidence building that can last a lifetime.
We have 2 Summer sessions available: Cloquet Middle School, Door #1 upstairs to the Cafeteria
Session 1: 3/5 year old 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM
Session 2: Hot Shots "invite only" 3:45 PM - 4:45 PM
Session 3: 6-8 year old 4:45 PM - 5:30 PM
Session 4: 9 + year old and older 5:30 PM - 6:20 PM
Session 5: Advanced/team invite only 6:20 PM - 7:45 PM
Please let your child wear tight fitting cloth, gymnastic shoes (or barefoot) and hair up!
Each Child has to bring a one time $20 cash payment for the instructor, to get registered in the AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) for insurance purposes.

Hello! I have been teaching gymnastics/tumbling for over 30 years. I have taught in Ohio, Washington, Idaho, Florida, Oregon, and Iowa. I opened my own non-profit tumbling club in Iowa in 2000 and operated it until 2008, where my club collected many state and national individual champions and team champions. I was the head coach for a gymnastics program in Florida in 2008/2009 and worked at varying gymnastics and tumbling clubs since. My husband works for the railroad, hence why we have moved quite often. We recently moved to Minnesota where we will be retiring. My love for teaching children the art of gymnastics was something I hoped to be able to offer the area. I have worked with other programs like yours, I ran an after school program for Fairchild Air Force Base in Washington for two years, and I worked with a school district in Bellevue Iowa through their community education
