An overview about living in community, rather than home care or residing in assisted living or nursing homes, to “age in place”. Explore models for community for second half living. Resources will be recommended for registrants to use as follow up.
Lee A. Pedersen is a retired librarian from Brown University. ln her personal quest to avoid the homecare, assisted living, and nursing home issues she managed for her mother, she has researched the concepts and models of living in community.
