Thursday, July 11, 2024 - 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm - Adventure Zone - Duluth, MN Enjoy unlimited laser tag and mini golf in an air conditioned fun-land! In addition, you’ll have $7.00 to spend in the arcade area, where there will be LOTS of game choices for you to pick! (One batting cage experience is also available for anyone wanting to try that too!) When you are done, go select a prize at the end with your points earned! Your $30.00 fee includes pizza, pop and the following: Unlimited laser tag, Unlimited mini golf, 1 batting cage play, and $7.00 Arcade game play. What a great way to keep cool in the summer while having fun!

Sunday, July 21, 2024 - 2:45 PM until game is done - Duluth Wade Stadium, 101 N. 35th Ave W, Duluth, MN 55807 $12 staff / $12 aide (Registration Deadline is Thursday, July 18th by 4:00PM—if you need to add tickets after, you can purchase them on your own at the stadium the day of the game if they are not sold out. ) Calling all baseball lovers! It’s time to cheer our local team on and we’ve planned a Sunday afternoon game so the hours won’t get to be so late. Tickets are for GENERAL ADMISSION (no backs on the seat) so first come, first serve for a place to sit. Snacks and beverages may be purchased and are NOT included in the price. A Community Education Staff member will be standing outside by the ticket area with your tickets at 2:30 PM until 3:00 PM. (If you arrive late, please check with the “Will Call” window for your tickets. Please arrive early to pick out a good seat! You MUST BE REGISTERED AHEAD OF TIME PLEASE!

Get some exercise and lots of fresh air as you join us for an evening of miniature golfing at the Kendahl’s Miniature Golf course. Unlimited times around the course! Enjoy a pop and a treat after. Types of treats will depend upon what Bill has in stock.

Section 1: Saturday, May 18th, 2024 - 9:45 am - 12:00 pm (Movies start at 10:00 am) -It’s movie morning time! We will have the theater rented just for our group and you’ll have a choice of whatever movies are playing at the time. Just pick the movie you want to see, sit back, and enjoy the show! A medium pop and popcorn is included with the price. - Premiere Theatre - Cost: $15 / Aide Fee: $15

Wednesday, June 12th, 2024 Time: 5:00 – 7:00 PM - Scanlon Community Center / Cost: $15.00 / Aide Cost: $15.00 PICNIC TIME! BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich (with or wi/out BBQ Sauce) It’s time for some tasty picnic-style food and fun, summer-time games! This event will be held both INDOORS and OUTDOORS (weather permitting) and we’ll have lots of fun games for you to try! If the weather is nice, we’ll stay outside most of the time and enjoy the fresh air. Come hungry! It will be catered by B & B and each participant can have a delicious pulled pork sandwich (bbq sauce available if you like) in addition to potato salad, chips, cookie, and a beverage! Play lots. Enjoy some great food!

Departs at 6PM) - Location: Duluth Depot - North Shore Scenic Railroad - Cost: $34.00 - Aide Cost: $34.00 **Don’t miss the train! Registration deadline is Monday, August 1st. All aboard!!! Join us for a fantastic evening enjoying great north shore scenery, pizza, and pop. There will be music played throughout the entire train for everyone’s listening pleasure while we enjoy some tasty pizza! Each person will get their own personal pizza and a ticket for a beverage of your choice. Come hungry and ready for a great train trip!

Saturday, June 15th, 2023 - Time: 2:25 - 3:40 PM (The boat will begin boarding at 1:55 PM and leave at 2:25 PM.) Enjoy a 1 hour, 15 minute tour of the beautiful Lake Superior and surrounding Duluth area. Participants will be able to sit wherever they’d like to sit--whether it’s the lower deck, upper deck, or even on the top deck, soaking up some sun! There will be a concessions counter open if you’d like to get yourself a treat! (Bring your own money for this please.) Seating will be first come, first serve, so please arrive on time, if not earlier! Boarding will begin at 1:55PM. The boat will leave at 2:25PM. Deadline to purchase tickets will be Monday, June 3rd (Unless the cruise sells out.) Register early for this one if you are interested.
